Friday after surgery

Well today started well. I just typed a page full about my surgery and being here and off it went to lala-=land. So having to start over.

I had surgery Wednesday morning around 10 and all went well. I was out quickly and moved to ICU where I still am. The hospital is full and especially Dr. Ducic's tower where only his patients go with his specialized staffing. I'm one of two left to get a room. LOL. But I like it here in ICU too. Great staff here. Friendly.

I have heard and seen that they did a new cut a half inch behind the ones they have been using. So this explains the new pain. Apparently the surgery from May was healing but still had issues so better to cut a fresh one. So now I have what looks like a little railroad track. Nice and neat again though. And Jessuca only cut a small strip of hair across the new cut so the hair in front is sill there and can grow to cover anything they could not get straight.

The man in the room next to me has had 8 of these surgeries and he said this was his worst one too. But he also got bionics now so won't have to have more surgeries in the future. Like me. My only surgery left I know of us my left elbow. Kawasaki Outerbridge. Hopefull by the end of the year so my deductibles are already paid.

The staff here is so nice. Makes you feel wonderful with all their smiling faces. And quick when I ring my bell. I asked hubby to bring some of my little kjitchen washrags I crochet so I can hand them out before I leave, Or better yet mug rugs.

Have had visitors every day. The Pastor came by yesterday. Hubby has been here with HOlly and Janae spent the first night with me and then I convinced her she could stay home last night. Both girls have not been able to sleep.And Janae works and she looked so tired. She will be back after work today to visit with my dgks. Holly is bringing Hubby over now. They will be here any time. My mom came the first da but not yesterday. And my sis and BIL and mom are coming after lunch. So plenty of visitors. My aunt Mary is coming over from Mesquite with Uncle Doug also. So I have visitors. LOL
